Return Policy

At MOD Swim & Activewear, every garment is made especially for you. As a bespoke swimwear brand, we manufacture each piece to order rather than holding inventory. This allows us to create high-quality garments while minimizing waste.

Please review our Size Chart carefully before placing your order. Our garments are designed to fit the body, and if you are between sizes or unsure of your fit, we strongly recommend ordering one size up. If you have any questions about sizing, we're happy to assist before you place your order.

Because each garment is made to order, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items.

Exchange Exception
The only items eligible for exchange are our Black and Navy Skirts with Shorts and Black and Navy Capri Skirts, provided they:

• Are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Have all original tags and hygiene liners attached.
• Are returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Are exchanged for a different size only, subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless we shipped the wrong item or the product is defective.

Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
